Do I need a prescription to make a purchase?

No, the products on this site do not require a prescription. However, you may receive a product recommendation from your dermatologist, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or esthetician based on your specific condition or treatment plan.

Do I need to see a doctor to to make a purchase?

No. However, if you have questions or concerns about your skin, it's always a good idea to schedule an appointment. Our providers are here to help you. Call us toll free (833) 257-7546 or request an appointment.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, and are generally processed the same day or the next business day. Confirmations and updates with tracking information are sent via text or email.

What if I need to make a return or exchange?

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original order number for the purchase.  

To start a return, you can contact us at retailservices@pinnacleskin.com. Return shipping costs may apply. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Pinnacle Dermatology, 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your product(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
