No, the products on this site do not require a prescription. However, you may receive a product recommendation from your dermatologist, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or esthetician based on your specific condition or treatment plan.
Do I need to see a doctor to to make a purchase?

We are pleased to offer free shipping to patients and customers who purchase products in our offices.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, and are generally processed the same day or the next business day. Confirmations and updates with tracking information are sent via text or email.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- If a product arrives damaged, it may be exchanged for the same product, or returned for a refund.
- Opened products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase if it has been determined there has been an allergic reaction.
