* If you are a size 10 US shoe size, then use your HEIGHT to determine whether you should choose Small/Medium or Large/XL.

* Due to flexibility in the fabric of the foot, sizing is similar between men and women.  If you are borderline, the sizing guide most closely resembles women’s shoe sizes.

* Sock size (XS vs Sm/Med vs Lg/XL) determines the length of the sock and where the heel hits.  Regular vs wide calf determines the circumference of the sock. 

* If you feel like you have "wide calves" and socks tend to fit your calves tightly, go with your gut and get the wide calf variant.
