Just had my 3 month check up and the results are in! Looking at the picture from December to September, there is a GREAT improvement on the sparseness and lack of shedding.

It's a little expensive, but it does seem to work for me. One of my sisters uses it too.

I have thin hair on top and after a year of 4 capsules a day I haven’t seen hardly any expected coverage. My hair may be healthier but coverage after a year is disappointing.

Love this product. I started this because my hair was falling out due to low iron. My hair is so much thicker after using Nutrafol.

At 46 my hair started shedding and It was quite concerning. Per my dermatologist recommendation I started Nutrafol. One week before the 3'rd month of taking Nutrafol my hair stopped shedding. Stay the course with consistency it should work for you too!
I have now been taking it for 6 months. I have lots of new growth, no shedding and just went to the salon and miraculously didn't have shedding there! I will be taking this from now on.

I’m not sure if my thinning hair is perimenopause or what BUT I’ve used 3 months thus far and can tell a difference in growth and filling in sparse areas! I can’t wait to see where I am in a year!
